A legal disclaimer
Client understands that yayamuany is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may occur due to makeup application or products used. It is the client's sole responsibility to inform the artist of any known allergies or sensitivities (e.g., to latex, specific ingredients, fragrances, etc.) prior to the makeup application. All products and tools used are of professional quality and are thoroughly sanitized between clients.
Refund Policy - the basics
Please note, a non-refundable deposit of $100 USD is required to secure your booking. This deposit guarantees your scheduled appointment and covers administrative costs and potential loss of business due to cancellations.
In the event of a cancellation by the client, this deposit will not be refunded.
The remaining balance for all services is due in full on the day of the services, with no exceptions.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.
Late Policy:
A grace period of 15 minutes will be extended for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late:

The continuation of your appointment will be subject to my schedule and availability.

If I am able to accommodate the delay, a late fee of $50 USD will be added to your service total.

If, due to my schedule and other appointments, I am unable to continue your service, the appointment will be canceled immediately. In this instance, your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
